| Martin Reclamation, a division of Martin Paving, Inc. provides asphalt
reclamation services for roadways and larger commercial projects.
Asphalt reclamation is a service that both conserves natural resources
and is cost effective.
The reclamation process involves grinding up the existing roadway or
parking lot, rather than removing the existing asphalt and hauling it away.
This process allows the existing material to be re-used in the construction
process. The recycled asphalt may be graded to provide a durable
base for a subsequent layer of asphalt or it may be hauled off site to
be used as high quality fill for another project.
Martin Paving's Terex RS600 Reclaimer/Stabilizer has the ability to
inject a stabilization agent, like oil, into the recycled asphalt.
This further stabilizes the resulting product and is an ideal surface on
which to place blacktop. Our Terex RS600 Reclaimer/Stabilizer also
has the ability to stabilize soil. By mixing in concrete or lime,
soil can be stabilized to the point that it is solid enough to be used
for construction.
